Marine Scotland Directorate are developing a new National Marine Plan (NMP2) that will aim to address current challenges facing the marine sector. These include the exit of the UK from the European Union, the Global Climate Emergency, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and Scotland’s commitment to achieve net zero.
