I like how each area has it's own set of standards, this makes self evaluation easy to do as you are only looking at the key areas for your environment

It is good to see the difference between good enough and very good practices, we all set out to do our best but if we have nothing to compare with we may not always see that there is a higher level.

We self valuate on a regular basis, we like the format as it is easy to follow, clear and sets out what is required. We work alongside the Child at the Ceentre and ensure this fits together seamlessly ensure high standards for all
