I wonder if there should be reference here to the fact that arts and creativity is a human right set out in the UN Charter of Human Rights, article 27 - it's a piece of context that seems always to help the question, why arts?

I love the joined-up approach. Self interest for my sector makes me wonder if there could be mention of homelessness here and the role in the arts helping homelessness people through building well-being, social inclusion and promoting positive attitudes

Again, I think given that there is a Scottish Arts and Homelessness Network and a Scottish Prison Arts Network that mention of these could be mentioned or even a more general reference to the important work that goes on in prisons and the homelessness community through the arts. Could go under the participation strand?

With One Voice could promote the new strategy internationally, specifically in areas we are currently working in - Japan, Brazil, USA

14. What do you think success for the strategy will look like?

What do you think success for the strategy will look like?
An awareness that the arts is fundamental to what it means to be human - that culture is not an 'add-on' or a 'luxury' but if we include the arts in more conversations at a national level, more people will benefit

It's really clear and exciting and the product of an enormous amount of work. Everyone should be incredibly proud of it and I look forward to hearing the words, 'Arise Dame Redacted text...!'

It will validate the arts/creativity/culture as an important part of life, even if income is tight.
