Whilst I have no issue with the vision per se, and - in fact - any sensible citizen would agree with the vision set out, I don't agree with the requirement for a formal strategy to be created in order for the vision to be achieved, and I particularly disagree with said formal framework being set down by the governing authority.

Abolishing the proposal and admitting the the governing authority has no business deciding on the future of the arts in Scotland would be the most successful future for this document.

I would ask all authors to review the strategy internally, and to re-examine the prose. How did a document which contains the following text ever get approved for public release? This is government waffle... "Scotland is a place where healthy and distinctive communities flourish culturally, and creativity is central to how we imagine new possibilities that are transformative for individuals, communities, businesses and society."
