Opportunities for young people vital in agriculture., horticulture, rearing special breeds, special crops I.e. Blueberries. Extra jobs for tidying the countryside. Encouraging use of uplands, use of young people in creating upland tourism.

Small training college for exclusively South of Scotland rural activities. More farm apprenticeships for locals. More and well supported archaeology, again with apprenticeships.
