I agree to fracking going ahead. The impacts of an unconventional oil and gas industry in Scotland re potential social, community and health issues are not proven and I believe to maintain energy supply in Scotland fracking should be undertaken. With reliance on energy from other supplies and sources makes Scotland's energy supply vulnerable to political pressure and could have a negative effect on business, health and the viability of Scotland's prosperity.

Community benefit schemes ,depending on what was to be agreed, could have a beneficial effect on the communities.

The benefits would be a secure, consistent supply of energy not provided by other countries and hopefully it would make energy cheaper. It would make Scotland's economy more buoyant and would provide employment within Scotland which has the resources and skills available to maintain an unconventional oil and gas industry.

Planning would prove lengthy and changing opinions about the benefits of an unconventional oil and gas industry would be challenging but with the prospect of employment, secure energy and cheaper energy, these factors would help to change opinions.
