1. Our framework sets out 8 priorities for a new Mental Health Strategy that we think will transform mental health in Scotland over 10 years. Are these the most important priorities?

with severe cuts over the last 8 years, voluntary agencies we are seeing people with Mental Health issue's falling through the nets as Local Authorities, spend monies on other priorities. A priority is therefore about ensuring that people with Mental Ill-health have access to appropriate supports that meets their needs and requirements and delivers there outcomes.

2. The table in Annex A sets out a number of early actions that we think will support improvements for mental health.

evidencing how all of these area's work together so people who come into the system have a 'transition' that is 'seamless'
