The entire Scottish education system is a disaster. There is little positive. The entire movement toward STEM has not brought one single penny for science equipment which is now so old in schools it is embarrassing.

Why put it down to schools? We are already spending all our time trying to right the hopeless cfe system.

Disband the useless GTCS for a start. They get in the way. Teaching unions should be protecting teachers, not the government's job.

Tell us what you think of our proposals for a Scottish STEM ambassador network. How should we now take that forward?
Seems OK if good ambassadors arrive. The ones I have seen all seem to have been at independent schools. What is going on here?
