The information sharing agreement also aims to ensure national alignment with data protection legislation.
Why your views matter
One of the aims of this consultation is to bring national consistency to how information is shared between NHS and Police Scotland. In order to do this we are seeking the views of those working with victims of rape and sexual assault. We are particularly keen to hear from those working in the Information Governance and Data Protection sector, to ensure the national Information Sharing Agreement and DPIA are fit for purpose and are in line with data protection legislation.
