This consultation seeks views on policy proposals for secondary legislation relating to the crofting community right to buy in Part 3 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 which has been amended by Part 4 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015
Why your views matter
We are consulting to seek your views on a range of proposals which will be brought forward in secondary legislation. This secondary legislation forms a key part of the legislative provisions of the crofting community right to buy, and which are split between primary and secondary legislation.
