Overview

Consultation on Mobile Traders Food Hygiene National Standards. Following complaints from business about inconsistency, provisions within the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 made amendments to require the certificate to be from the food authority where the business is registered. Nationals standards for mobile trader food hygiene have been developed to support this and provide consistency and transparency, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation and enforcement of regulations.
