Overview

A consultation on the Energy Consumers Commission's project plan covering 2021-2022 ahead of the set up of Consumer Scotland in late 2021. Sets out proposed priorities for advocacy and specific projects to be completed and builds on the remit and themes set out in the Energy Consumers Commission's 2020/2021 Work plan.

We hope to hear from people with a wide range of interests across the energy system to gather views on whether we have identified the appropriate areas to focus on and whether our approach to improve consumer outcomes will be effective.

What happens next

The findings from this consultation will go on to shape the projects in the final draft of the 2021/2022 Project Plan. This will be published in early 2021/2022 alongside the finalised 2020/2021 Workplan.
