Who ran the National Discussion?

Overview

The National Discussion was co-convened by the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (CoSLA).

We appointed two independent facilitators, Professor Carol Campbell and Professor Alma Harris, to help shape the National Discussion.

The video below shows how they planned to engage everyone in the National Discussion, and in particular those we don’t normally hear from.
