This is a survey to gather the views and experiences of staff working in health and social care in Scotland in respect of the investigation of the deaths of people being treated for mental disorder.
Why your views matter
To ensure that the review required by section 37 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 2015 has evidence from staff.
The report of the review under section 37 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 2015 will be published by the end of December 2018.
