Only answers from respondents who gave permission are published. All permitted responses are included within this digital publication. As some responses were submitted in different formats, these have been converted to PDF to allow publication here. All responses received will be given full consideration as part of the analysis process.
Consultation responses are redacted to ensure we comply with Respondent Information Form publication permissions and to remove inappropriate content words i.e. personal details.
Responses that have been submitted after the consultation closing date, and require further translation, are currently being processed and will be published in due course
