Why your views matter
The intention is for the parking and bus lane adjudicaters to transfer into the Scottish Tribunals on 1 April 2020. As part of that process we are seeking views on the regulations transferring the functions and members to the Scottish Tribunals, the composition of the First tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal and the Rules of Procedure that prescribe the practice and procedure to be followed in proceedings.
