1. What are your initial thoughts on the proposed criteria of the Islands Bond?

I think it’s a great idea our younger children will be able to learn Gaelic, families can learn all sorts of ways to live on the land (veg gardens etc)
The most important bringing the population up, as before we know it our islands will become very under populated.

I think it should be for anyone willing & wanting to live on the islands,
Grandparents bring parents parents bring children children make more children & working adults, & professions
