• Recognising the benefits of enhanced transitions and providing this to students on a wider scale.
• Recognition of the unique circumstances care experienced learners may face and an understanding that there may not be a blanket support which is applicable - leads to named contact and why a 1:1 relationship is so key for getting levels of support right for each learner.
