Are we going to get a quicker turnaround on license approval? If the level of service goes up, then I agree the fee should.

Comments:
The cost will be passed onto village fairs, weddings, Highland games and so on, events which are beneficial to the community.

What about portable bar suppliers and event organisers? Are they to have their ability to work limited?

Unlimited. It's an obstruction to a right to work if there is a limit.
