How will this be policed?
Trading standard must be involved in monitoring sales in local shops where young people are already being sold vapes illegally.
Vapes will still be available on-line, and we know that the market is already flooded with illegal disposable vapes, how will this be regulated?
Will this move vaping companies focus on young people as a key market from disposable vapes to re-chargeable vapes at lower costs, and on other nicotine / tobacco delivery products to maintain this market for their sales.
