Text box inviting responses on how the Scottish Government should revise the vision
Protecting women is not being given adequate sympathetic consideration. Women's safety should not be sacrificed for the sake of minorities whose needs can be met in alternative ways. We appear still to be living in a misogynistic society where women's vulnerabilities are considered of secondary concern.

3.2. Please set out your reasons for your answer to Question 3.1:

I feel this way because
Discussions appear to be overrepresented by certain minority groups, ie the gender stake holders, and therefore the data/opinions will be skewed.

The idea of gender fluidity is too nebulous to be written into law. Presenting as male or female according to the situation is a dangerous concept and open to exploitation as has been seen in the past. It can be and has been used for misogynistic purposes. Women must be protected from this.
