The SLCC need to be replaced with an independent body. Self regulation has not worked, these proposals are a joke.

Where is the proposal to award fair, and not derisory, compensation?
Where is the proposal discussing a new independent body - the petition by the public and reviews on the SLCC have made it clear this quango needs to be removed immediately. The SLCC is not fit for purpose.
What about an end to Redacted textof complainers by the SLCC? - This will end when they are scrapped.

These proposal are a disgrace and trying to sweep the fact that the SLCC are Redacted text and Redacted textorganisation doing nothing more than Redacted text solicitors get away with their wrong doings. The SLCC are a disgrace - how long are the Scottish Government going to let this organisation away with their Redacted textbehavior, as this consultation doesn't even acknowledge it, let alone make any proposals to rectify things.
