It will not matter what proposals are implemented as the public have no faith in a broken Redacted textprocedures run by people with VESTED interest's
The only system that citizens will trust is a completely unassociated body that the public can trust- all Judicial HUBS are policed by their own kind and those that have had cases heard in the Court of Session with proven case of MERIT have been ground down by the court of session's own procedures and NO law abiding citizens knows what these SECRET procedures are! All we know is we were accused convicted and condemned and were denied fair hearings and divested of our Jobs our Business's our Civil rights Human Rights therefor our health and wealth.

What do you mean? there would be no complaints in the first place if the Legal system was fair Party Litigants are treated like Redacted text, All because there is no access to legal assistance
And that's with so called guidance from the Scottish Government who give you a list of hubs you can go to to achieve remedy! I have tried all these hubs and have PROOF they are a sham, I have evidence there is no access to justice through the Scottish Courts I have letters from all hubs provided to me by the Scottish Government and got each hub to reply to me which states they CAN NOT help me. So Justice is unavailable to me and the vast majority of citizens. Please be candid and let the Scottish Public know this FACT!
