I think these should be two separate sections. Sexual orientation is a completely different thing to gender identity and they should be considered separately. I feel this section is very woolly and non-specific.

What resources are missing?
Could be much more on gender based violence and supporting teachers in preventing it in school. Again, think sexual orientation should have separate resources to gender identity. Lesbians tend to get lost in the mix.
