Overview

The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on the proposed guidance document and general determination for the further education teaching programme. The Scottish Ministers are proposing to make a determination under article 30 of the 2011 Order to enable the General Teaching Council Scotland to be able to accredit Teacher Qualification in Further Education (TQFE) providers and programmes where they meet the requirements set out in the determination.

What happens next

Where respondents have given permission for their response to be made public, and after we have checked that they contain no potentially defamatory material, responses will be made available to the public at (http://consult.scotland.gov.uk).
