Method of target setting for new dwellings

10. Do you support the proposal to allow the target rates for dwellings to fluctuate based only on the location, orientation, archetype and heat source of the dwelling?
11. Do you agree with the proposal to present the target rates for dwellings within a target range table, replacing the notional dwelling specification currently shown in Table 6.1 in the Technical Handbook?
