Proposal to ban the manufacture and sale of plastic-stemmed cotton buds in Scotland

If the manufacture and sale of plastic cotton buds was banned in Scotland, there would only be the option to people of buying more environmentally friendly alternatives. We have to stop using so much single use plastic if we want to protect Scotland's land and seas for future generations. It is only our Government that has the power to listen to it's people and make these changes that will change our beautiful country for the better.
