Q8. Are there any areas of the coast that you think should be excluded from an MLS increase for lobster, and if so why?

Plenty of juvenile lobsters on grounds stop pleasure boats taking them and v notched lobsters off the ground.

You will price lobster off menus it will be too expensive.

All areas of east coast can't make a living if I have to put 80% back.

Q9. If you support an MLS increase, how would you prefer to see it introduced?

Never.

If you change you will have to give 3 years notice as we have payment on boats. Can't take 80% of our income overnight.

All areas should be excluded. You want a healthy breeding stock, not cripples that can't defend themselves.
