It will benefit greatly the local community, as well as providing a needed refuge for marine life from overfishing in the area

A higher number of turbines will add to the commercial viability of the scheme ,with only very minimal visual impact

Yes,I believe the main effects are visual,but with the need for more green energy ,this is mitigated.
Also once installed these developments provide safe refuge for marine life .
