Learning Disabilities, Autism and Neurodivergence Bill: consultation

People with Learning Disabilities and Autism should’ve never have been put in Mental Health Care and Treatment Scotland Act 2003 in the first place I am speaking on behalf of all mentally disabled people as a person who has learning disabilities it’s very insulting to be called mentally disordered. And for AWI Act 2000 it’s time people with intellectual disabilities we should get our freedom back I would like to see people with intellectual disabilities no longer need guardianship orders I support guardianship orders for people with severe mental health problems such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease Parkinson’s disease Cancer and Terminally ill People and other terminally ill diseases. The fact people with learning disabilities and autism have there rights removed is absolutely disgusting and sickening
