2. The table in Annex A sets out a number of early actions that we think will support improvements for mental health.

Are there any other actions that you think we need to take to improve mental health in Scotland?
Work out a way for people with severe and enduring mental health problems to gain priority access to primary care to monitor physical health. As it is people with enduring health problems are reluctant to access GP services because of their lack of motivation and lack of self care. It might involve a member of staff from primary care to come to their home to monitor BP etc and find out if they require treatment for any physical health needs. In some cases it would be good if their GP would visit at their home in order to get a holistic picture of their health needs.

3. The table in Annex A sets out some of the results we expect to see.

What do you want mental health services in Scotland to look like in 10 years' time?
Less stigma, more quick access to mental health counsellors, Mental health staff to be based at GP surgeries.
