All of the proposed changes are informing the new SSI - The Road Works (Qualifications of Operatives and Supervisors)(Scotland) Regulations 2017 which will be published later in 2017.

Overview
Scottish Ministers propose to introduce The Road Works (Qualifications of Operatives and Supervisors) (Scotland) Regulations 2016, the aim of which is to revise the qualification structure and to require qualified road operatives and supervisors who wish to re-register their qualifications to do so on the basis of having their competency successfully reassessed.
