Please explain your view
I think that given that now as agents we do a large part of the work that would have been previously done by ROS it is unjustified and unnecessary to increase the fees again- we no longer receive paper Land Certificates (reducing your printing costs but increasing ours which leads to our fees increasing for clients) and with the new digital submission (which i am a big fan of) there is no longer any need to have anyone at your end sorting mail and scanning deeds to your system.
