"A parent would be able to seek advocacy support to assist with their disabled child’s application for assistance, particularly if the child or young person wished to ensure their own voice was heard."
What if the views of the child with the disability differ from those of the parent who doesn't have a disability? Would an advocacy worker be allocated for both the parent and the child?
In this situation, would the parent still be entitled to an advocate if they did not have a disability but their child did?
