Yes but.only if public transport was better and more affordable and regular. No point arriving in uig to go Glasgow and will take you 8hrs. If you want to go to Inverness you have to change busses madness.

I had to leave a job because the calmac service got so unreliable I took a hit of 20k in wages during the pandemic I was classed a key work no word.of that when the tourists come to the island tho.

More senior poston the islands. The best part of the services anywhere Iv been is the ports always willing to help and go the extra mile. The experience with the CEO at meeting left a lot to be desired he came across as very self important and could clearly see he didn't rely on the service.
