The current system takes no account of remote rural areas where there are NO bus services.
The current system is too open to abuse by operators, I have heard stories, about areas where staging exists that some are taking journeys from 2 or 3 stops before and some more stops after the passenger journey, and therefore defrauding the government, of my money.

No consideration has been given to remote rural areas where there are NO, or very buses and where people could be using their bus pass/voucher to pay for journeys by car, or other transport to benefit from this scheme of 'FREE' travel.

It is long past time for massive improvement in this scheme to ensure 'FAIR' representation across the whole of Scotland and not just where there are lots of buses.
