Overview

Consultation on draft regulations transferring the Scottish Charity Appeals Panel (SCAP) to the Scottish Tribunals. This includes regulations transferring the functions and members of the SCAP to the Scottish Tribunals, the rules of procedure for the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland General Regulatory Chamber, the Composition of the First-tier and Upper Tribunals for Scotland and the Eligibility for Ordinary Membership of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland General Regulatory Chamber.

What Happens Next

The consultation responses will be analysed and draft regulations will be laid in the Scottish Parliament in the Autumn of 2017. The Scottish Charity Appeals Panel will transfer into the Scottish Tribunals in November 2017.
