Being able to access a toilet whether disabled or not is a basic right. Why should our children and adults who are disabled have to sit in soiled pads and wait sometimes hours before getting home to be changed.

2. Do you agree with the proposed circumstances, listed in draft clause 3.12.13 within the consultation document, where a Changing Places toilet should be provided on the construction, conversion or extension of a building?

Again, every building that provides toileting facilities should be inclusive and provide facilities for disabled children and adults. Changing places should be available to all and saves adults and young children from sitting in soiled pads and clothes. We wouldn't expect it in the "normal" population so why is it acceptable for the disabled community?

3. Are there any other situations where you consider building work should trigger a requirement to provide a Changing Places Toilet?

The more the better. Access to toileting for all is a basic human need. Not having access to facilities can be debilitating for both the person and their families. It makes for a very restrictive life
