Please provide your reasoning for your answer
We disagree that Building Warrant fees should increase at a time when the service is decreasing. As developers, we are also exposed to NHBC fees, Clerk of Works fees and inspections. A 3 year lifespan is sufficient to review and capture inflation.
1.2. Do you agree that a proportion of the building warrant fee should be used to support a central Building Standards Hub?

The level of service should be consistent across the country and should be reflective in the fees charged. This also allows developers to budget accordingly.
