We disagree that Building Warrant fees should increase at a time when the service is decreasing. As developers, we are also exposed to NHBC fees, Clerk of Works fees and inspections. A 3 year lifespan is sufficient to review and capture inflation.

We agree with the introduction of a central HUB for STATS approval and dispute resolution.

We acknowledge that High Risk Buildings require greater verification and inspection and would support this proposal over a general increase in fees throughout.
