This consultation seeks comments on the draft Reservoirs (Scotland) Amendment

Regulations 2015 (―the draft Regulations‖). The draft Regulations amend the

Reservoirs (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (―the 2015 Regulations‖) to make further

provision in relation to the risk designation of controlled reservoirs under Part 1 of the

Reservoir (Scotland) Act 2011 and to clarify various provisions of the 2015
